Shipment Protection
Every Crystal Peptides order is protected against damage, loss, or theft in transit — free of charge, on every order.
If the courier does a bad job and loses your order, you still get it.
We make sure our customers always receive their orders. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we pay from our own pocket to send you a replacement — at no cost to you. If that verified replacement also fails to arrive intact, we refund the affected goods in full.

Report the issue from your account or the contact page as soon as the problem is visible.

We review your claim and confirm the replacement. No forms to chase, no back and forth.
Within 24 hours of approval
Your replacement is shipped and a new tracking number lands in your inbox.
How It Works
1. Document the damage
Take photos of the parcel, the packaging and the product inside — the more, the faster the review.
2. Contact us
Send everything through the contact page with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
3. Get your replacement
Once approved, the replacement ships on us — postage, product and everything else covered.
What's Covered
Eligible
- Parcel damaged in transit — crushed or soaked packaging
- Vials that arrive broken, cracked or leaking
- Parcel lost by the courier — no tracking movement for 7 consecutive days
- Wrong item received
- Items missing from a sealed parcel
Not eligible
- Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery
- Products stored incorrectly after delivery
- Orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout
- Cosmetic box wear that doesn't affect the vial inside
- Tampering or damage after the parcel was delivered
Refund if the replacement also fails
If a verified replacement is also lost or arrives damaged, we refund the affected goods to your original payment method instead of shipping a third time. A refund is guaranteed — you are never left without either your order or your money.
Received a damaged or defective compound?
Take photos, contact us with your order number, and we'll ship a replacement once the claim is approved — or refund the affected goods in full if a replacement also fails.
Claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
